    How can I develop executive presence?

    I have been passed over for a promotion – again. I am already doing the job, and step up all the time to do special projects and help others. I have a positive attitude. I show up early and stay late. I get along with everyone. I have the technical skills, training, and ability to do the job, but lack “executive presence.” How can I develop confidence and leadership skills if I do not get the chance to show I can lead?
