    I completely concur with the suggestions made by everyone. Additionally, you can specify your working hours in your calendar. This is a feature available in Google Suite, where your working hours can be defined, and everyone in your Google workspace can view it while scheduling meetings. It is extremely convenient. Another way to maintain boundaries is by reserving specific times in your calendar. For instance, if your workday concludes at 4 pm (PST), you can block it off as “End of my workday” in your calendar. 🙂
